The Loot & Gear Officer is one of our three officers and manages gear guidance, wishlists, and loot records under the published policy.
Responsibilities
You maintain gear lists, wishlists, and secondary-role gear plans with the evidence behind each recommendation. You discuss gaps with the leads and apply the published loot policy. You record each recipient and the reason for the public log, and disclose any personal interest in a decision.
What we expect
We publish gear advice when Forever data supports it and state where information is still missing.

Apply on the website for Loot & Gear Officer, include your raid role, and describe a loot decision you explained to someone who disagreed.
ApplyWe raid Wednesday and Sunday. Invites start at 7:45 pm Central. The first fight starts at 8:00, the last fight starts at 9:50, and the raid ends at 10:00. We do not add required nights. We prepare and review fights in Discord during the week. Reserves agree with us which nights and hours they can be available as backups.
Tiger Team is a World of Warcraft: Forever guild for adults with professional careers and families. We take responsibility for our raid assignments and prepare together during the week so we can make steady progress in four hours. How we raid
