Raid Lead

Our Raid Lead brings our preparation into one plan so we can spend our four hours making progress together.

1 open

The Raid Lead is one of our three leads and holds one of the twenty raid seats. They join the GM and three officers for guild decisions.

Responsibilities

You build the roster from each raid's sign-ups and post the plan the day before, with named interrupt, dispel, and control assignments and backups. You combine the tank and healing plans and name a deputy and a recorder from the team. You own the next-day review and attendance record; the recorder collects notes and logs if supported. During raids, you direct calls, delegate to the other leads, and finish at 10:00 pm Central.

What we expect

We expect the review to include your own decisions, with individual concerns handled privately.

How to apply

Apply on the website for Raid Lead with your preferred raid role, and describe a repeated wipe you helped resolve.

ApplyWe raid Wednesday and Sunday. Invites start at 7:45 pm Central. The first fight starts at 8:00, the last fight starts at 9:50, and the raid ends at 10:00. We do not add required nights. We prepare and review fights in Discord during the week. Reserves agree with us which nights and hours they can be available as backups.
