The Recruitment Officer is one of our three officers and also holds one of the twenty raid seats.
Responsibilities
You verify faction, ruleset, actual availability, and the primary and secondary duties each applicant can cover. You ask the leads to check those capabilities before counting a vacancy as filled. You manage application threads, reply to each applicant, and collect feedback before the four-night trial review.

We apply the same standards to friends and new applicants and keep personal information private.
How to apply
Apply on the website for Recruitment Officer, include your raid role, and explain how you would assess availability for a core or reserve position.
ApplyWe raid Wednesday and Sunday. Invites start at 7:45 pm Central. The first fight starts at 8:00, the last fight starts at 9:50, and the raid ends at 10:00. We do not add required nights. We prepare and review fights in Discord during the week. Reserves agree with us which nights and hours they can be available as backups.
