We have six reserve positions: one tank, two healers, and three damage dealers. We agree availability before counting a position as covered.
Responsibilities
You state your main duties and any secondary duties you can cover on each agreed night. We check those duties with the relevant leads before counting them as covered. When selected, you take the assignments in that night's boss threads. If we ask you to remain available as cover, we agree the hours and contact method in advance.
What we expect
We need notice when your availability changes. We only ask you to remain available during the hours we have agreed.

ApplyWe raid Wednesday and Sunday. Invites start at 7:45 pm Central. The first fight starts at 8:00, the last fight starts at 9:50, and the raid ends at 10:00. We do not add required nights. We prepare and review fights in Discord during the week. Reserves agree with us which nights and hours they can be available as backups.
Tiger Team is a World of Warcraft: Forever guild for adults with professional careers and families. We take responsibility for our raid assignments and prepare together during the week so we can make steady progress in four hours. How we raid
